About:
Jeanette graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a B.A. in journalism, international studies, French and dance. She taught dance in Los Angeles and performed in Super Bowl XXXVII as well as the NBA and ABA. While living in France in 2005, she published two books before becoming the stage manager, choreographer as well as Zumba, salsa, hip hop, jazz, ballet, modern and contemporary instructor for two resorts in Mexico, the Turks & Caicos Islands and Florida. There, she learned aerial circus (silks, Lyra and double and triple static trapeze) until she moved to New York City in 2009. Jeanette continued her circus and dance training at Trapeze School New York and Dance New Amsterdam while learning pole aerobics. In 2010, she taught dance at Silhouette Dance Studio, and pole aerobics at SHOCKra Studio full time, while writing her third and fourth books. After a brief hiatus to have a baby, Jeanette moved her new family back to the West Coast for more dance and circus!
