At NOON adults and families are invited to Base Lounge Studio in downtown Victoria for a FREE half hour of dance and movement as we GROOVE to dance anywhere! In the evening a free GROOVE Method Fitness class "after party" is being held in Brentwood Bay at Breathing Space Studio to celebrate movement for the FUN OF IT!
