I'm an almost retired university English teacher who loves to dance. I belong to two groups who dance ecstatically and regularly--YUM and InnerRhythm--in San Luis Obispo and Cambria. Laughter Yoga and Water dance are also favorites. I may be at Trader Joes with my 86 year old mom today when we break out in dance!
