I've been dancing all my life. Studied years in NYC -ballet and modern. Taught on the college level. I'm a CMA and 30 year veteran of teaching Pilates also. I love the joy of moving and improvising. When I discovered dance anywhere event, I decided that where ever I am at 3:00pm , I would dance. I was at Starbucks meeting my sister-in-law. I danced , she videoed.
