Hey, I just found out about this event 4 hours before its happening. But its says dance... ANYWHERE! So I will bust out some moves right here in my office in Toronto. Though I trained as a professional dancer in my youth, life has led me down a different path. Today, I have a family, and full time job in the arts. A spiritual practice based in Buddhism and yoga brought me sweetly back to my dancing feet, and especially the 5 Rhythms practice. "Wherever a dancer stands is holy ground" ~ Martha Graham
